If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your DD/E swimwear, high-cut bikini bottoms, or any other item from our collection, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on rash guards or any swimwear that shows signs of wear, has been tried on without underwear, or has had tags removed.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your bikini:

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the unworn item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship It Back: Mail your return to our Louisville address using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please note:
