Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
We offer two convenient shipping options to get your beach essentials to you:
  • Express Shipping (10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx) – $12.95 flat rate
  • Free Standard Shipping (15-25 business days via EMS) for orders over $50
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (may extend to 3 days May-August) from our Louisville warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship our confidence-boosting swimwear worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Wherever you’re soaking up the sun, we’ll do our best to get your order to you.
How can I track my order?
Both shipping methods include tracking:
  • Express orders: Full DHL/FedEx tracking provided
  • Standard orders: EMS tracking available
You’ll receive your tracking number via email once your order ships from our sunny Louisville headquarters.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns from the delivery date for unworn items with tags attached. Simply contact our customer happiness team at [email protected] to initiate your return. Please note:
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
What if my swimwear doesn’t fit?
We want you to love your swimwear! If the fit isn’t perfect:
  1. Check our sizing guide to confirm if you might need a different size
  2. Email us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected]
  3. We’ll guide you through exchange options (subject to availability)
